So apparently my scale was breaking and I didn't know it when I had the last weigh in. But I'm still moving it down and that's what counts.... focus on today and don't quit on me! Happy Saturday my friends!!!!
217.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
