I have been trying to keep better track on food diary. I have been back to yoga the past two weeks. I want to try to make it twice per week. it feels good after and the recovery is not as bad the next day when i go more often. i am drinking coke every day again and want to cut down and then stop after the Super Bowl. i have cut down on the candy also and will cut that out even more after stopping caffeine again. I need to remember that life feels less stressful when not on caffeine. Things are going good and i just need to keep heading in the right direction.
