I've been awesome getting to the gym this week. I'm really proud of myself. Yesterday I had my first session with a personal trainer and he really kicked my ass, but it was good and I learned a lot. This Wednesday was the start of my 12 Week Challenge at Gold's and I am really pumped up! Next week I have a bunch of meetings so the gym will be a little bit more of a challenge. I'm trying to keep a positive attitude and trying to remember to put myself and my health first. Wish me luck!
