Small drop this week and that brings my weight down to 101.2kg.

I'm contemplating on whether to make today a low carb day, another fast day or just have an unrestricted day.

I could cause a drop in weight and record a new official weight tomorrow but then I don't want to be so fixated on weight. Even if I do drop more weight by tomorrow, I rather just record weight next week.

It's almost 11am and I have no hunger. Maybe I'll push it to 3pm again and then decide.
223.1 lb Lost so far: 60.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

HafPaf my last meal was 9pm on Tuesday night so I'm just about going 40 hours without food at 1pm today. I'm not feeling hungry so I can push it to 7pm but if I do then I'll just push it for making it another fast day :D BUT the's food here and I think I'm going to break my fast at 3pm with my overnight oats snack then some eggs and mince curry. I'll try keeping it to around 2000 calories today.
