No change to calories as I'm measuring and recording everything I eat and drink. I've been told this happens occasionally . So your weight can randomly increase but then it can randomly decrease too. So I'm waiting for the random decrease thank you. That's only fair. C'mon. I thought I was doing so well.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
