today is last day on p1. need to up the exercise and start adding some p2 carbs. so I am nervous- like i am jumping off a cliff, but i know it's the right thing to do- have to re-integrate into normal eating.Question- how many people continue cranwater all day long, and how many take it in 2 doses 4 oz each?
165.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You will be ok. Just keep an eye on the scale on a daily basis at first as you add new food in. I could tell overnight if some food was not reacting right with my body.

my scale is wicked and gives me multiple weights each day- i guess that's part of why i am nervous. If anyone can recommend a reliable scale, not too pricey-that would be great!
