Lost another .8 pounds, but it's probably all muscle loss since I've been sick and exercised for the 1st time yesterday in a week. And boy did I feel weak.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
