Yes...down 1 more pound. OK. This trend will come to a screeching halt for the next couple of days while I have beers and whatever to soak it up with tonight at a farewell party and while I finish that cheat day on the weekend with whatever.

But I had to post this!!!! XD

Who's stupid excited? This girl...right here.

Wish I could say the same--jealous a little of you!! But, I have a weekend of WORK ahead of me, cleaning out mine and my little one's rooms. (might not seem like much, but you just don't realize!! I'm a slob). Have an awesome time at the party, and throw back a Dos Equis with lime for your FS buddies!

HaHa! Thank you Dani! I had 3 beers (and I don't drink that 'light' shit....I drink beer) and a goat cheese with pita bread appetizer. I think I did pretty good, considering the sugars in beer. I feel swollen this a.m., but still the same weight. I'll call that a success! I don't think I've ever had anyone jealous of me! Hate to say, but I kinda like it. ;-) A weekend of work in those rooms will gonna give you plenty of exercise. You'll probably be moving your body in ways you're not so used to and you may end up getting sore in a good way! If you do, use a tennis ball (or something comparable in the toy box) and put it between the wall and your sore spot then roll against the sore spots or any knots you get in your muscles. It will hurt, but keep it on the spot till it starts to go away or move. If it moves, follow it and eventually, it will be gone. Google or wiki "myofascial release" for more info. This is the BEST thing I have learned at the studio and it keeps me able to workout. I will stop and do this between sets if I am hurting in my shoulder, back, calves, etc. Hope this helps get you through the work and gives you more energy!!

And BTW Dani...You have done AWESOME on your weight lose too! Slow and steady is what keeps it off (I'm learning this) so keep at it. I didn't lose anything around the holidays, but didn't gain cause I kept exercising. Don't give up...it WILL come off as long as you challenge your body and eat real food. :-)
