Ok..Back to really trying. I realized if I do good or if I do bad with eating I need to write down what I eat. For it does help make me think to eat not as much. Even when I'm on a off day. And I'm not going going two think of this as dieting. I'm going to think of this as a way of life to cut down and try tonight game a lot more weight. And to hopefully try and lose some. for there are always against the come up like my FIT Mom and Dad's 55th wedding anniversary yesterday. I enjoyed it and I ate. But I did not eat so much that I didn't feel good. As I would do some times in the past. I am trying to keep some control now.
186.2 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
