Yesterday I tried SprakPeople for the first time and really love the in-depth nutrition and fitness reports!! They are so detailed and you can track over 75 nutrients! I think Fatsecret is easier to use and I liike the blackberry application but I think the other site will get easier with time. I will update what I think about SparkPeople in a month or so
150.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
