I struggled with the diet a bit this week, I haven't been feeling all that great so I haven't been eating properly. Mostly because I just don't feel like making anything. I think I had to much bacon, and way to much salt because I was eating alot of canned asparagus, which is also pretty high in sodium. I still did lose 2 lbs which I am really happy about because I didn't think I lost anything after reveiwing my eating habits this week! I see my goal just a little ways away and I know it's obtainable I just have to keep my focus which I didn't do this week. I also never made it to the gym...bad bad bad!!! So I'm pretty such there is a bike ride in store for me this afternoon.
