1359 kcal Fat: 42.85g | Prot: 66.92g | Carb: 182.14g.   Breakfast: Milk (Nonfat), Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: light sour cream, Sugar Free Jello Pudding, Hard Bolied Eggs, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Dinner: schwan's red skin garlic potatoes, green peas, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), broccoli stuffed chicken breast. Snacks/Other: skim milk, life cereal, chocolate chip cookies. more...
