Don't know what is going on with my weight, but I'm still not discouraged. I will keep eating lchf and I know it will register a loss soon. We have 3 ft. of snow outside and I'm going to bundle up and go out and take some pictures. This is liked the winters my mother used to talk about when she was a kid. Haven't seen this much snow in a long time. Should make some great pictures. think I need to quit snacking on Costco Green olives and Pickles. I notice my rings are snug to tight in the mornings.
