I still keep waffling above and below 130. I'm not eating more calories than I'm expending, and frequently I eat significantly less. You would think I could get past this weight range. We were indeed eating out last week for lunch more, so maybe I'm underestimating. I need to say no to lunches out. Yes I am exercising the way I want to!
130.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
