This is my starting weight for my new challenge. I will not be using this online journal, but rather carrying around a small journal to record everything, not in such detail, but everything, even the small snacky bad things. It keeps me accountable.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm doing the same thing. I don't want to need a computer or have to go online every time I want to record what I'm eating and how much. Seeing it in front of me as I'm eating in the course of the day makes it easier to keep myself in check. I've just ordered myself a calorie counter / journal combo [I should receive it by the end of the week] to carry in my purse which will make things much easier. I'm measuing my portions based on the Canadian Food Guide and choosing healhier foods to eat.
