Down another pound! Total..23 since August 20! Average...6 a month.

I've been waiting for this last one to go. I have been SO good about not eating out. I'm down to 1-2x a week. Had pizza with a friend on Sunday, but stopped when I was full..and THAT is an accomplishment for me. I also passed up hitting a drive thru after 8pm last night. It would have been quick and easy, but I got to thinking about what is in that food, the fact that I would be disappointed in myself this morning, and I had chicken to cook at home for my cobb salads this week. YAY. ME.

So I will have more veggies this week by way of cobb salads along with my grass-fed beef, veggie and bean packed chili. I've cut almost all cheese out of my diet (cept for that pizza...cheat day!) and most 'white' foods. I'm getting there, slow and steady wins the race, right!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Thank you pam-u-la!!! The thing that is amazing to me and that I NEVER dreamed could happen is...I've become inspiring to myself. This is the place we all need to get to, because here, nobody else matters except ourselves and THAT is what really matters. :-)
