Allis420's Journal, 29 November 2007

I was not really expecting this. I did a juice fast yesterday because I did NOT do well over the holidays. I felt like I may have sabatoged myself on purpose after my gain at my last weigh in. I am hoping to get back on track and stay that way. I like how nice 40 lbs lost sounds!
292.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 112.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Allis, I admire your strength. Staying on track with any diet deserves a big round of applause. Can you hear me clapping? I'd like to share my story because it may be of interest to you. I didn't have weight issues until 2003. Then, I suddenly ballooned to 197 lbs., the heaviest I'd ever been. I'm a 5'10" man, so 197 is overweight. In the past, I was able to lose weight at will. Now, in 2003, my attempts at dieting failed. I was cutting back calories, but my excess weight had a mind of its own and decided to hang around my body. Luckily, I met someone at a personal development course. He told me about a cutting edge nutritional system that helped people release weight quickly and achieve exceptional health. When he said that it wasn't a diet, I put up my defenses. It sounded like a lot of hype to me. Long story short, I became friendly with this person and decided to try the nutritional system (I had nothing to lose because of a money back guarantee). I told my new buddy that I would try the plan for 30 days, and that I would not talk about it again until the month was up. Well, five days into the system, I couldn't keep my mouth shut. My energy soared, I slept better, and I was losing inches. All without feeling hungry! What was going on?! I released 22 lbs. in 24 days without a yo-yo effect. Right now, one year later, I weigh 172 lbs.I've made the nutritional system part of my lifestyle, and I've never felt better. I want to share this with everyone who wants to take control of their health and wellbeing. I believe you're one of those people. You can learn more about this wonderful plan for permanent weight loss at www.drdrgivemethetruth.com & www.weightlosshalloffame.net. Please call me after you visit those sites, and I can introduce you to the system. By the way, I'm a professional actor. You can check me out at www.louisdibianco.com. Yours for Permanent Weight Loss & Exceptional Health, Louis anactor@sympatico.ca
