Starting my 5th day on a ketogenic diet. One pound down, and I feel pretty flat and empty. These past four days have been really difficult, and I'm just glad I wasn't working because I don't know how I would have had the energy or mental capacity to get through a day. This morning I feel a little better, and I'm hoping my body is starting to figure out that it needs to switch over. Can't wait to see what next week brings!
133.4 lb Lost so far: 27.9 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
