Thanks!! I really appreciate you checking in on me. I just got back from a 45 minute run. My diet and exercise are back on track and I am feeling good!!!! I am so over the 170's and ready to break out. Have a GREAT day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
