I'm on a cycle diet, which is somewhat of a LCHF spin-off. The goal is to eat 50% of my weight in g of protein and drink 50% of my weight in water, all the while eating less than 30 g carbohydrates. Every other day I am to eat a well-rounded meal that contains between 50-65 g carbohydrates, and still consume the same amount in protein and water. I need to stop weighing myself every day. It's been two weeks, and while others are getting incredible results I am fluctuating like crazy. I had sugar two nights ago and that is what I blame for the weight spike. I have also been neglecting to drink the proper amount of water due to coffee consumption in the morning.
New rule: drink two bottles of water before drinking coffee. For every cup of coffee, drink one bottle of water. Also, no unnatural sugar.
