Yesterday actually went well for me. I enjoyed my oatmeal (never really have needed to add sugar; prefer to taste the oatmeal, not the sweetness), ate about every 4 hours (breakfast - early lunch - late lunch - dinner) and don't at all feel like I sacrificed anything. I think eating the two lunches is good to keep the metabolism up. Steve brought me my absolute favorite sandwich from Subway - the veggie delite - and even adding bacon to it didn't blow my calorie count. Of course, since it was my second lunch of the day, I wasn't starving and only wanted 1/4 of the footlong. I thought I'd see that little weight increase sustained today, but not so, so...Yay!!
