Got surgery on foot to fix arthritic problem.can't run for 2-1/2 more weeks. I've got to REALLY count those calories like I'm just a couch potato. I don't want to have to start at the beginning again. I know that I am still on the ' healthy/normal range' but look how easy it was to gain 5 lbs. As a breast cancer survivor, there are only a few things I can do to decrease my risk of recurrence. One of those things is to keep my weight under 25 BMI. Maybe actully writing this down will keep me focused & away from the left over Christmas treats.
140.1 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
