2 weeks on Body For Life now - total weight loss = 5 pounds. Good kick start to the program. Focusing more on building muscle and burning fat than total weight loss for me, though.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
