holding steady for a day is perfectly reasonable since I'm not operating at 3,500 calorie deficit. the trick is going to be not munching out while I'm at home today or tomorrow.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
