Couple days ago, I made a spaghetti dinner using Miracle Noodles or one of those brands, hamburger and my own seasonings and crushed tomatoes. It was great. Another time, I made a cheese sauce and shrimp for a fettucine. It was pretty rich, but they all kept me within my 20 grams of carbs. I love tomatoes especially in sauces. Have to be careful, but so good.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
