Ahhhh the holiday killed my diet!! Ok so I killed it, it was one long weekend! My husband and I both decided that we would forego the diet for the weekend, knowing full well it would set us back, but it didn't set us back nearly as far as I thought it might. gaining two pounds....ACK....but I really thought it would be closer to 5, I was not careful at all. I didn't over eat, but I carbed out. I can say that I learned a really good lesson this weekend though, I really thought that I was just doing atkins because of the fast weight loss, but what I discovered is it really makes me feel better. I spent so much time this weekend feeling fatigued and kind of blah, just kind of powering through the day because we had so many friends and family to visit, but I really missed the get up and go I had been having lately. So I am back on track this morning and ready to light this thing up!!
