I had to startover on the Atkins program because I just bought the book last week. You don't really understand the Atkins program until you read the book and understand the science of it. So since Wednesday, January 11th, I'm been following Atkins 100%.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.6 lb a week
