I was totally shocked when I stepped on my scale this morning! I did not follow the diet at all this weekend. I had no will power to pass up anything over Thanksgiving.

Of course I did stay active and walked quite a bit. But I expected the scale to be up by at least 4 pounds.

Now the goal is to loose at least 5 pounds by Christmas. If I could just get some sleep I might actually make it to the gym.

I have had problems sleeping for over 3 months now.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

If you've had sleeping problems for 3 months it's time to see a doctor about it. I suffered sleep deprivation for years before I went, they all told me I should have gone in sooner and that 3 months is the limit to wait to do something about it.

Good for you for keeping up with walking! You definitely need to go get seen about the sleeping, if it's been that long. If you aren't sleeping good, your weight loss will be affected and make it even harder to loss weight!
