Another day at 290! That is great, I see that as a good sign. I have stabilized my eating enough that it is not completely offsetting my workouts and lifting. From here now I can begin to tweak what I eat and my workouts to get more and better results. I think I am going to increase all of my lifts by 10-15% and cut the number of reps. I need to make the workout faster. For instance, if I increase my benchpress to 100 lbs and cut one set of 15 to 30 reps, I think I will get more pump faster. Here we go!
290.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
