Hey all!! Hope everyone had a nice holiday. From the looks of the journals, lots of us ate and ate!! I was ashamed so I visited every now and again but did not record an entry. I gained about 2 lbs but I thought it would actually be more than that so I am not tooo discouraged. I know what needs to be done so I will do it. The next few days will be tough because my body is used to ALOT of excess sugars...good luck to everyone and I am happy to be back..
