Legs are still killing me but at least I got 8 hours sleep last night. Doctor has sent me off for heaps of tests as they don't know what the problem is. I have been told not to do any exercise for the next week so that my legs will not have any more strain on them. Just have to stick to my eating plan.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 102.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
