So happy that I am continuing to lose! I'm working heard to MAKE myself eat enough calories but it is a constant struggle. LOL! Never thought THAT would be a problem! Adding Whey Protein to my diet has helped. I try to have a serving after I walk at lunch. Unfortunately, my hair is still coming out. Guess I need to start back taking vitamins and see if that helps. If that does not work, then I'm not sure what to do....ask the Dr to run some tests?
192.0 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
