Doing 4 days of new direction protein shakes since i have them anyway. Reminds me of my bariatric experience. Yuck. Miss real food JERF! Reminds me that plain lettuce is wonderfully tasty. Anyway, been losing half a pound a day on this.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
