Up after the 70 hour fast, could be water weight, dont know. I do not drink water enough for sure and too much salt. Nuts are a problem, they really are hard to resist for me. I think i overdid it on those yesterday, i just meant to put an ounce on my breaking fast salad but NO probably did 4 times that much. Eating clean is worthless if you gorge on healthy stuff! We will see tomorrow what happens if i eat normally today and drink more water. I also hold water after exercise.
