1467 kcal Fat: 38.54g | Prot: 56.18g | Carb: 236.82g.   Breakfast: Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, success brown rice, Chicken Stock, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Edamame Soy Beans, Light Ranch Dressing, Navels Oranges, Hard Bolied Eggs. Dinner: Cooked Carrots, Swiss Cheese, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, York Dark Chocolate Covered Peppermint Patties, banana, Oatmeal to Go Bar - Apples & Cinnamon. more...
