Finally weighed myself this morning and I lost 3.1 kilos of water weight. It's only a small step. But looking forward to losing more. I'm now at 104 kilos.
229.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Huge congrats, that's amazing! I am around the same, hoping on Friday (weigh day) I will be a little less.
