Scale hasn't budged, but I have lost another half inch off of my hips & waist. So, at least I am still going in the right direction. Surely the scale will catch up eventually, right?
194.2 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, the scale does catch up. Make sure your diet is on track. Exercise is very important to our health and getting lean. But most of losing weight comes from our diet. Make sure you have a good caloric intake for your sex, height, current weight, age and activity level. Lean protein and high fiber foods help us lose better than any other foods. Lean dairy for the calcium (greek yogurt is full of protein). Good luck!

Thanks Suzi161. I have been very good with the fiber, lean proteins and have had a little greek yogurt everyday. I've also been good with veggies & fruits. Been pretty good about everything for the past few weeks, so think my body just needs to get adjusted :-)
