Yesterday, had three hours of martial arts training in the morning where Master Kevin worked our tails off. Then 6 hours of work at OfficeMax, followed by time in the pool with my son. It was awesome and I even ate pretty well. Only a few indiscretions throughout the day.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
