Happy with the small loss as I was lax this week. Skipped exercise and snacked on too many oat banana cookies and frozen bananas.. not that they are bad, but its the peanut butter I sneak into them that I gotta watch! tut tut

Logging food into Cronometer so I can keep an eye on nutrients.

hubbys weight 89.4
115.1 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
