I have done pretty well this week and I wish I could lose 3 pounds a week every week. Certainly would make the process a bit faster.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I have decided I am not counting points. I am also not going overboard and eating myself sick. I may keep mental track but I do not plan on logging anything in my journal.

We bought an Elliptical and it should be delivered today sometime. I am both excited and nervous about this piece of equipment. I have been on the treadmill since August and having a change will be nice. However, I hear that it is quite the work out when you first start. I am prepared to have my butt kicked. LOL

Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.

Elipticals are awesome! I cross train on an eliptical, treadmill/outside running and biking. It keeps me from getting bored. Have fun with it!
