Well, I guess I'm off to a good start. The first few days were pretty hard but it seems better now. I'm trying to incorporate as much variety as possible to keep things interesting. I haven't eaten outside the house yet. That's always a challenge. We may not be able to cook in our kitchen for a few days at the end of this week (some minor remodeling). I'm a little worried about that...
