Wow! Well I think part of this is cuz I was on my pd last week, that's why my weight was higher last week than i expected. 147.4 was my goal weight for the week before that so it's all evened out now. I'm still working on making it to the gym - this week won't be good for that either since I'm doing a lot of social stuff and car stuff this week. BUT, I plan to eat purely vegan this week (last week I had a piece of pizza at an offsite work meeting but did well the rest of the week). Also noting I didn't really go out over the weekend (so no drinking either), wonder if that helped.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
