Not much loss, but it was a buffet for lunch yesterday. Today too I have a luncheon at Hilton hotel. I was going to try and avoid it, but have to meet my friend. I'm sure it's a steak style lunch. So hard to avoid food related events!
194.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
