Forgot to record my weight yesterday but it was the same as today. Two days at 290 is awesome! The uniform I bought for motivation is fitting better now and a few more pounds and it will fit very well. I am so happy that this is working out so well. Amazing what happens when you actually keep track.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
