I woke up hungry this morning. We have cold snowy weather and soups are my preference during the day. Breakfast, I will probably start doing bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs. This week I began drinking Bullet Proof Coffee. The coconut oil is great and makes me feel full. So best of luck to everyone out there. Keep on moving and don't give up. My prayers and sympathy go to all the people who have been sick with this flu or virus, or whatever it is, a lot of people have it.
