well i have sarted eating more then just once a day. it has helped a bit. but i cant always go for a walk like i want to because the snow is not good for my asythma. so i might do my work out here at the house before i go to bed.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
