Exercised 4 days this week and I think I stayed within my points. It's always hard to calculate points though when your eating out. I wish the weigh in would have been better though. A little over a pound is a little disappointing, especially since I have my goal set to loosing at least 30lbs by x-mas and get near the 200lb mark. I would love to at least drop 10 more before 2008. Surely this week will be a little tough with Thanksgiving. I will restrict my portions, but I will not deprive myself of tasting something I really crave.
