Well good grief - I don't understand. I haven't lost didly squat in the last three days - even gained on Sat and Sun, and am not even back to my lowest weight from Fri. I'm wondering if there really is something to not eating enough - I've had a gnarly combination of being VERY physically busy, and not eating nearly enough - i.e., my activity calories burned were 3,757 or something like that yesterday, and I only ate 755 worth - and 4 grams of net carbs or something crazy like that. I'm not peeing nearly as much as I should be, so am obviously retaining fluid, but not sure why. On the plus side - I really do feel better- even with bronchitis and a head cold, I spent the entire day wotking my butt off cleaning out the shed - constant lifting, pushing pulling tugging, walking, etc. and my body didn't really get all that tired until around 7 pm. And to think, three weeks ago, I was having a hard time getting up the four steps to the house!!! So...I'm sticking with it - bypassed fresh fry bread and oatmeal this morning ( a little hard), and went with a peanut butter Atkins bar. Onward and forward...
