I was soooo bad during the holidays......back on the wagon
149.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It was a great C-mas and the food was spectacular. It is nice to know that this site is not about shame ... it is about getting back up again to fight the fight another day.
