Had a problem over the Holidays and gained it all back. Instead of feeling sorry for myself I am going to start again. I got the high calorie carbs out of my system and have stopped gaining. I also made my way back to the gym. The goal for this week is to add back in my 30 minute lunch time walks and continue to keep the carbs low.
